Thousands gather at the Luneta in Manila for the second “Trillion Peso March,” November 30, 2025, as progressive and civil-society groups converge to denounce the alleged misuse and mismanagement of public funds intended for flood-control and other infrastructure projects.

Protesters press for clear answers and demand full accountability, joining calls for the resignation of President Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte. 

The march later moves toward Mendiola for the continuation of its program. A simultaneous actions unfold at the EDSA Shrine People Power Monument.
